Notes:
The 1893-CC Silver Dollar is often found scuffy or heavily
bagmarked, thus accounting for a low average Mint State grade.
MS-62's are the most common grade, followed by MS-63's, then
MS-61's. Prooflikes are scarce and Deep Mirror Prooflikes are
super rare; again, the average Mint State grade of both is lower
than usual. The finest examples graded by PCGS are 7 MS-65's,
2 MS-65 Prooflikes, and 2 MS-64 Prooflikes.
The finest Branch Mint Proof example graded by PCGS is a single
PRBM-67. PCGS lists eight Branch Mint Proofs in it's
Population Report, raising two possibilities:
1) the estimated mintage of 12 Proofs is too low, or
2) the Population Report contains some duplicate submissions
