Mintmark: "D" (for Denver) just below the eagle's tail on the reverse

Notes:
The 1916-D and 1892-P are the two Barber quarters with "mega" populations. The principal differences between the two are that the 1892-P is better struck and it tends to have a nicer surface. Fresh 1916-D specimens from original rolls sometimes appear on the market. When submitted to the grading services these coins grade very high!"
