note the mirror fields are especially watery and reflective, and the
coin has very little toning save for an arc around the periphery of
gold. Frosted on the devices, and exceptional for the grade. One of
the very popular, and rare, Standard Silver issues. Only 2 so graded
by PCGS in this grade, with a single coin graded higher."
