Regarding Proofs, Wright lists one confirmed Proof example
(HRN:682-Floyd Starr:335). Breen claimed that the Pearl:340 was also a
Proof example of this variety, but the coin remained untraced as of
1992.
This was the only use of the obverse and reverse dies.
