illustrated, where it was described as follows: "Plain cords,
medium letters. Newcomb-1, Rarity-3…With tiny planchet defects above
stars three and four. Five points sharper but between stars five and six
are some small nicks and elsewhere on both sides are a few handling
marks. Medium light brown with a small dark spot near star ten and tints
of light steel blue overtones on the reverse.", sold for $172.00
