Notes:
Regarding Proofs, Wright noted: "Three or four one-sided Proof examples are known from these dies, all having Proof obverse only. The Mint Cabinet piece, now in the Smithsonian, has long claimed to be a Proof but is not."

This was the only use of the obverse and reverse dies.
