Newcomb-3, Rarity-2...Sharper by five points but the surfaces are not perfectly smooth. Glossy dark olive and very appealing. Well struck and an early die state, before the crack appears through the 8 to the curls. Ex: James G. Macallister, circa 1945 at $10.", sold for $218.00
