Ex - Superior Galleries New York ANA Sale, August 1-3, 2002, Lot 209,
illustrated, where it was described as follows: "1794. S-26 R2.
Extremely Fine 45. Frosty reddish steel brown with mint luster covering
the protected areas, especially on the reverse. There is a nick in the
field off the eyebrow and a few tiny planchet chips near the dentils at TY
down to the dentils opposite the nose, as struck. M-LDS, Breen state VI.
The clashmarks and die cracks are visible but the die has not yet failed
at CE in CENT. A sharp, attractive cent."
