where it was described as follows:
"1803 S-247 R3 AU58 Choice glossy light steel brown and tan with lots of
mint luster in protected areas, especially on the reverse. Just the slightest
hint of friction on the highest points of the design away from mint state. The
only marks, and they are trivial, are a short, very light hairline on the cheek,
a tiny rim nick over the A in STATES, and a few microscopic ticks on both sides.
Sharp EDS, the fields smooth and hard and the impressed dentils at the fraction
crisp. Graded MS60 choice by Noyes and listed as CC#1; called AU55 by Bland,
tied for CC#2. Either way this cent is beautiful.
