where it was described as follows:
"1803 S-243 R2+ MS60 Stemless Wreath Double Fraction Bar. Glossy
light steel brown and tan with lustrous golden tan in protected areas. There are
a couple tiny ticks on the bust and a small spot of darker toning near the
dentils off the tip of the nose. The reverse is choice. Scarce EDS, before the
obverse rim cuds and with a double set of impressed dentils over MERICA. Called
MS65 choice tied for CC#2 by Noyes, MS60 and CC#5 by Bland.
