where it was described as follows:
"1797 S-140 R1 EF40 Glossy steel brown and chocolate. There are a
few light nicks over the bust tip and a dull scrape at the base of UNI;
otherwise the surfaces are excellent. MDS with obvious die failure at the bust
causing weakness there and at the opposing area at OF on the reverse, as usual.
Otherwise the strike is sharp. Graded EF40 by Noyes and Bland and tied for CC#7
in both lists.
