This was the only use of the obverse die.

This variety was discovered in 2004 by Bill Nyberg of the Bust Half Nut Club.  Stephen Herrman and Sheridan Downey confirmed the variety and it was announced in the July 2004 issue of NUMISMATIC NEWS.
