Notes:
"Though the mintages are lower, the
three 1895 issues are similar to those of 1894. Like
1894, it is the O-mint
here that has the lowest mint state population and also, it is the S-mint
that is the scarcest in Gem condition. The 1895-P&S come well struck -
the "P" having a more satiny luster, the "S" having a
brighter, sometimes P/L finish."
The finest examples graded
by PCGS are 2 MS-67's.
