described as follows: "1828. C-3 R1. PCGS graded Mint State 65
Brown. Lustrous light steel brown with traces of faded mint red in
protected areas. The only marks are some very tiny specks of dark olive
toning scattered about both sides, largest one in the field left of star
9, plus a tiny speck of carbon on the foot of I in LIBERTY. M-LDS, Manley
state 3.0 late. EAC grade MS62."
