Collar. Plain Edge. Glossy chocolate brown with lighter brown
toning on the highpoints. The only notable marks are a small nick at
the base of 97 and a very light scuff down from the left base of the
1. Double struck with the offset .5 to 1.0 millimeter. The doubling
is especially strong at the date, pole, and wreath. A neat mint
error, and the double striking is noted on the PCGS label. EAC
graded VF20."
