Del Bland graded Fine-15. Sharpness of Very Fine 30 but the surfaces are not perfectly smooth, through 7 in the date is a long scratch, opposite the nose is a lighter one, below AT in STATES is a large pit mark and three more very small ones can be found on the reverse. Darkish steel brown and sharply struck."
