Notes:
"1900-S is the last of the three Philippine dates. Fortunately, with its high mintage over one hundred certified unc's are available. This date is usually well struck and has nice luster. Some examples are semi-proof-like."

The finest Uncirculated example graded by PCGS is a single MS-67.
