Notes:
"As the first year of issue this
date was saved. Nevertheless the San Francisco issue remains fairly
scarce, especially in MS 66 and above (pop=1). All three come well struck
with nice luster. The 1892-P & O have a satiny appearance while the
1892-S sometimes comes proof-like."
The finest Uncirculated examples graded by
PCGS are 7 MS-65's.
