Recent appearances:
PCGS MS-62 Brown (illustrated above).  Ex - Superior Galleries "The ANA 2001 National Money Show Auction", March 8-9, 2001, Lot 9, unsold, "ASYLUM edge.  Breen-1263 (called very rare)...pair of faint hairlines in the field under the bust and a thin nick left of the shield..."

PCGS EF-40 (illustrated below).  Plain edge.  Ex - Superior Stamp & Coin's "The ANA 2000 National Money Show Auction", March 2-3, 2000, Lot 51, "Breen 1262...planchet diameter is about 26.5 mm, and the reduced diameter of these plain edge planchets was insufficient to accommodate all of the legend."
