Mail
Bid Sale, April 20, 2002, Lot 992, where it was described (in
part) as follows: "...Reasonably glossy on the obverse, with
nice contrast between the tan high points and the darker fields. Softly
struck on the bottom right obverse and the corresponding area on the upper
right reverse. Small lamination flaw at the base of the reverse. The
reverse is not quite as glossy as the obverse but is appealing
nonetheless. Most collectors lack this variety and this one is as nice as
any we've offered in the past several years."
