described (in part) as follows: "... 137.2 grains. Brassy brown from
an old cleaning, but attractive nonetheless and quite a rarity in this
series. Small planchet flaw affecting the 8 of the date. This example is
nice enough and clean enough to be a candidate for inclusion in the
Condition Census for the variety."
