"Fine".  Ex - Early American History Auctions, Inc.'s Mail Bid Sale, August 25, 2001, Lot 1378, illustrated, where it was described as follows: "1787 CT Copper, Draped Bust Facing Left, Miller 37.13-HH, Fine.  166.4 grains. Rarity-5 (Rare). Rim bruises around both sides, polished on the obverse. A nice, full date."
