Galleries' "Pre-Long Beach Sale", June 5-7, 2000, Lot
22, where it was
described as follows:
"1787 Connecticut Miller 378-HH R6 PCGS XF-40
Medium brown and chocolate with lots of underlying mint luster. In fact,
there is very little actual wear with just a bit of friction on the
highpoints. Struck slightly off center toward the top of the obverse,
the reverse off to the bottom causing all except the top of the date to
be off the planchet. Poorly struck at the bottom of the obverse and top
of the reverse leaving some of the natural planchet roughness intact in
those areas. Everything else is nice and smooth. Overall a very nice
example of this rare Connecticut copper."
