Notes:
This piece was struck over an AH1195 (1780) Copper 1/2 Anna from India (a Prinsep coin issued during the Bengal Presidency).  A positive attribution is possible because enough details of the host coin remain visible.

The dies are nearly identical to those used to strike known Bar Cents.  Either this is a new, separate die variety or an exceptionally well-made counterfeit.
