Larry Lee, a Florida coin dealer, found 200 Doubled Die Obverse 2004 Nickels in September 2004 and had them all certified by the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation.  "I'd say more than 90% are 63s and 64s and 7 or 8 percent are 65s...there are virtually n0 62s or under," according to Lee.  The finest coins in the batch were five MS-66s.  Two of the MS-63s sold on eBay in the $125-$135 range.
